KulturBooking — Co-Founder & Tech/Operations Lead
2025–PresentBuilding a youth-led platform connecting creators to opportunities. I run partner coordination, systems and documentation, website development and maintenance, and community management — applying nearly everything above to my own startup first.
The LEGO Group — Community Platform Engineering
2024–2025Built the search system and AI assistant behind People House, LEGO's internal community platform for employee groups and events, using AWS, TypeScript, React, and Copilot.
Pinza Odense — Website & Operations Support
2023–2024Maintained and updated a restaurant's WordPress site to improve online visibility, alongside daily operations support in a fast-paced small business.
How I Handle Pressure
In moments of real need, I take ownership of everything behind the scenes for my co-founder — grant writing, partner follow-ups, event logistics — so he can stay present and lead without burning out. Calmness has been recognized as a strength throughout my work: in tranquility, the mind does its best work.
ABOUT
From software to people
I'm a 24-year-old Italian software engineer who studied computer engineering in Palermo and completed a master's in software engineering in Odense, Denmark. Along the way I realized what energizes me isn't the code itself — it's the human side of building things: understanding what someone needs and helping them move forward.
I'm now shifting my career toward people-centered work — operations, coaching support, and roles that combine structured execution with real human connection. Alongside client work, I'm building my own startup, KulturBooking, which connects young creators to opportunities and cultural institutions in Denmark.
I'm fluent in English and native in Italian, comfortable working across cultures thanks to two years in Denmark and an Erasmus semester in the Czech Republic. Outside of work: volleyball (I coached junior teams for almost a decade), journaling, meditation, and slowly learning the piano.
